It’s missing me! The Pirouette Pine! Not to worry, I plan on auditioning for the role of the Christmas tree this year. Sure, the Christmas trees that are used in the Nutcracker now are nicely decorated, but did you ever get to see the ornaments they put on the back of the tree? Or, when the dancing began, did the tree join in? I don’t think so… This is why I’m going to be a shoo-in!

Once I’m in the cast, not only will you see a beautiful tree full of delightful ornaments, you’ll actually get to see all of them as I spin around, pirouetting with grace and ease. And, as the ballerinas dance around, you won’t see me sitting there in the background; I’ll be dancing along with them. Even more bang for your buck next time you head out to the ballet.

Now I’ll just have to work on growing big as everyone else gets small… I haven’t figured that out yet. Maybe I’ll have to work with the special effects people on this one.
