Has my order shipped?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right-hand side of our site to check your order's status. If your order status is "Shipped," your order is on its way. Your package tracking information will be sent to your email address as soon as it is available.
How do I track my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view your order and track your package.
Can I cancel my order?
  If you would like to cancel your order you must notify us within 30 minutes of the order being placed. To cancel your order, please contact our customer service department at 877-SO-TREETOPIA (877-768-7338) from 7 AM to 3 PM PST, Monday to Friday.

We want you to receive your merchandise as quickly as possible, so our system processes orders several times per day. Orders may be processed as soon as 30 minutes after the order is placed. Once an order has been processed and forwarded to the warehouse for shipping, it can no longer be changed.

If your order has already been processed, you may return your merchandise in accordance with our Return and Exchange Policies, which can be found here. Please note that if you choose to refuse any merchandise rather than follow our Return and Exchange Policies, you may be charged a $50 per box service fee.
My order never arrived.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right-hand side of our site to check your order status.  If your order status is "Shipped," your order is on its way. Your package tracking information will be sent to your email address as soon as it is available.
An item is missing from my shipment.
  Sometimes items ship from different warehouses, and your items may not all arrive at the same time. Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have already shipped. If your order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to verify the shipping status of your packages. If your packages each show a status of "delivered," please contact customer service for assistance.
I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.  Please be prepared to provide us with information on the box you did receive so that we can efficiently assist you.
