Exchange Policy
  You are welcome to exchange your purchase for another item within 14 days of receiving your merchandise.  The purchased merchandise needs to be returned in its original packaging, and as soon as we can verify it is on its way back to us, your new item will be sent.  If your new item is equally or more expensive than your original purchase, we will be happy to waive the 10% restocking fee.  If you select a less expensive item, you will receive a credit for the difference less the 10% restocking fee, once the item has been received at our return center. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of the return shipping.
Trees, Wreaths, and Garlands Return Policy
  Returns for your tree, wreath, or garland are accepted within 30 days of receipt of your order or before December 25, whichever comes first.  Please ensure that your merchandise is returned in new and unused condition, and in its original packaging.  A credit will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, less a 10% restocking fee and any shipping fees that were charged at the time the order was placed.
Clearance product Return Policy

Accessories Return Policy
  Returns for all accessories are accepted within 10 days of receipt of your order or before December 25, whichever comes first.  Please ensure that your merchandise is returned in new and unused condition, and in its original packaging.  A credit will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, less a 10% restocking fee and any shipping fees that were charged at the time the order was placed.
We are committed to getting you your refund as quickly as possible.  Please allow up to 30 days after receipt of your return for a credit to be issued.
Return Procedures
  To return your merchandise, we will need to provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, along with some additional information.  Please email us at helpme@treetopia.com or call at 877-SO-TREETOPIA (877-768-7338) and we will be happy to assist you.  Be sure to write the RMA number and Order number in the reference area on the shipping label.
International Returns
  If you are returning a product from outside the U.S., you are responsible for all international shipping charges, clearance fees, taxes and other charges.  Any fees charged to Treetopia® will be deducted from your credit.
