What’s your warranty?

All Treetopia non-clearance trees, wreaths, and garlands come with our most excellent Treetopia® 5-Year Foliage and 2-Year Light Limited Warranty. Our lawyer elf wants you to please note, this warranty does not cover burned out bulbs and is void if the product is damaged due to misuse or neglect or is intentionally altered.

What do I do if I'm having issues?

Well, Treetopia can't help you with all your issues but we're here for you if you have problems with the lights or foliage on your Treetopia tree, wreath, or garland!

First, check out the troubleshooting section of the instruction sheet that came with your tree. Usually following these tips is the easiest and fastest way to get your product up and running.

If you need further troubleshooting help, drop us a note at helpme@treetopia.com or give us a ring at 877-SO-TREETOPIA (877-768-7338).

In the unlikely case that troubleshooting over the phone doesn’t do the trick, let us know so we can set you up to send your tree back to us for repair.

Unfortunately, we can’t repair products during the holidays since we are just so swamped loading up our delivery sleighs (it’s crazy up here at the North Pole in November and December!)

Any other time, within the first 6 months of your purchase, if you notice a manufacturing issue with your product’s foliage or lights, Treetopia will pick up and fix or replace the pieces for free.

Anytime after the first 6 months through the end of your warranty, you can pay to ship your product back to us, and we’ll pay to ship the new or as-good-as-new product back to you. Once our repair workshop is open after the holidays, if for any reason we can’t fix the tree or replace the parts when our repair facility is open, we will replace your product with an identical one if available. If it’s not available, we’ll send you a similar product of equal or higher value.

The Not So Fine Print

We're nice folks over here at Treetopia. We'd really love to help everyone but…. this warranty does not cover burned out bulbs and is void if the product is damaged due to misuse or neglect or is intentionally altered. The warranty cannot be transferred (this means that it applies exclusively to whomever originally bought the product). This warranty is also only valid for items shipped within the United States and Canada.
