Do I have to pay sales tax?
  Currently, we are required to charge sales tax when shipping to addresses in California, New Jersey, Georgia, and all of Canada.
What if the price of the product I have purchased is reduced?

If your purchase is made on or before December 23, 2013:

If the price of an item you have already purchased is reduced within 7 days of your original purchase date or by December 23, 2013, whichever is sooner, please send us an email at helpme@treetopia.com and we will be happy to credit you for the difference between the price you paid (net of any promotions or coupons) and the current price. Please provide your order number and your name in your email. Credits will be posted within 10 business days to the credit card originally used for your purchase.

I have a question on my charges.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to review your orders. You may compare your order history on our website, with your financial records. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer service for further assistance.
What are my payment choices?
  We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to print invoices.
How do I use a coupon?
  After adding items to your cart, click the "View Cart" link at the top of this site to view your cart. At the bottom of the shopping cart you will see a box where you may enter your coupon code.
When will my credit appear on my account?
  If you return an item in accordance with our return policy, we are dedicated to issuing your credit as quickly as possible.  Please note that our quality control team must inspect all returns.  Please allow up to 30 days for your credit to appear from the time we receive your item(s).
When will my credit card be charged?
  Your credit card will be charged when you place your order.
