Orders placed by 5 pm Eastern (2 pm Pacific) will ship the following business day. We offer three domestic shipping options through our friends at FedEx. Ground/Home Delivery service will arrive to almost all populated regions of the Continental USA in four total days, the first day to process and ship out your order, the remaining three for FedEx to deliver your order to your door. FedEx 2 Day Air will take three total days; FedEx Standard Overnight will take two. Please refer to the handy chart below for order delivery times.

Note: For the Labor Day holiday, orders placed after 3 pm Eastern (12 pm Pacific) on Thursday, September 2nd, will ship on Tuesday, September 7th.

Please note that at this point in the season there are some items (listed below) that are very low in stock and may take longer than four total days for our free ground shipping. For these items, delivery to the Continental USA may take up to 7 business days depending on your proximity to the warehouse with the last remaining stock of these items. If you are in a rush, we recommend selecting FedEx 2 Day Air service or perhaps choosing a different size or product. We regret the inconvenience.

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the checkout page where you will be offered the shipping method choices and prices.

If you live in the continental USA, FedEx Ground Shipping is free on orders over $100. For orders less than $100, we charge $9.95 to help us pay our bills (it gets dark early up here in the winter and so we like to keep the lights on!) We also charge a flat $9.95 shipping fee for any order processed through Google Checkout.

For those of you who live in Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, we do charge a bit more in keeping with the additional costs incurred to get your packages to you. The best way to find out the exact charges on your order is to follow the nifty procedure above, as our shopping cart will save you doing any complex algorithms in your head!

If you are buying the 20' or 25' Ginormous Trees or a huge number of regular-sized trees, we'll have to figure out special shipping arrangements for you. Select "Call for Special Shipping Arrangements" in the Shopping Cart. In the past, most of our customers who fall into this camp have preferred to get special truck service for their items. For regular-sized trees, there's no extra fees if you end up going this route. We're just overjoyed that you want so many of our trees. For the huge Ginormous Trees, our friendly folks in customer service will help you work out your shipping fees.

At this time, we offer FedEx shipping to the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico; and of course, we deliver locally here at the North Pole by dogsled. If you don't live at the North Pole, or in one of these areas, we regret we are unable to ship to you at this time.
