How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.
What is your return policy?
 

Our trees make us happy and hope they do the same for you. But, we know that not everyone has the same taste. How boring would life be if we all liked the same things? Yuck.

Anyway, if some reason you aren’t completely smitten with your purchase, drop us a note at helpme@treetopia.com or give us a ring at 877-SO-TREETOPIA (877-768-7338).

If you send the product back to our warehouse within 30 days of your purchase and before December 25, Treetopia™ will gladly issue you a full refund for the product, less a 10% restocking fee and shipping charges.* Please note that we can’t accept returns if the product is damaged because of improper care or use.

Our customer service folks will be able to give you specific instructions on where to send the product. They will also give you a return number so that after we receive and inspect your return, we can credit your account accurately. Please note: a credit will be issued to your credit card within thirty (30) days once the returned product is received at our warehouse in California. A $50 fee per box will be deducted from your return if your shipment is sent to any other address and we are required to transport the cartons to California. While we receive very few returns, our elves will do what needs to be done to process your return properly!

*You’ll have to pay for shipping the product back to us. Any shipping charges you might have paid when you bought the product are not refundable.
